If you are working with Independence Risisng and you have a question or concern about the services you are receiving, the Nebraska Client Assistance Program (CAP) can:
Advise you of your rights and responsibilities.
Assist you in your relationship with your specialist.
Explain specific independent living services and benefits available to you.
Help you in the appeal process, when requested, if you disagree with the independent living services being provided or denied.
